Davide Botta

Founder

After graduating in Agricultural Sciences from the State University of Milan, he consolidated a long experience in the best Italian companies (Esselunga Spa, Autogrill Spa, Elior Spa and Vegè) holding the position first of Buyer and then of Purchasing Manager; Since 2010 he has been a freelancer, supporting entrepreneurs in business development. Over the years he has dedicated a lot of space to the study and launch in the market of several new products that cover consumer needs that no one has yet managed to satisfy.
The most relevant words to define his path are “innovation” and “retail”, hence his conception and foundation of Semplice food srl; startup 19/1/2020.

Pastificio Stroppa

From the desire of father and son to create fresh pasta and gnocchi of superior quality, was born in 1968 the Pastificio Stroppa.
1980 is the year of the founder’s release: the reins of the company pass to his son Angelo and from Angelo to his sons Elisabetta, Annarita and Maurizio. They will make the activity of Pastificio Stroppa a European cornerstone for the production of the Italian tradition.
In 2002 Pastificio Stroppa obtained certification for the production of organic products and acquired new customers both on the Italian and international front.
2013 the new headquarters allows to be able to serve – with an excellent quality/ price ratio – catering, company canteens, health and school restaurants, Cash & Carry and GDO both under its own brand and with private labels.

Pastificio Carassai

The Pastificio Artigianale Leonardo Carassai is the further of an entrepreneurial path of the Carassai family since 1850. From water mill activity to the production of egg pasta in Campofilone, tradition and innovation.
Pastificio has many years of experience in the agri-food sector.
The quality of raw materials, the food safety of the products, the natural processing cycle, the customer satisfaction, are the expression of the quality policy that the company pursues throughout the supply chain: from the milling of semolina to the production of egg pasta from Campofilone.
